Returns & exchanges returns your satisfaction is guaranteed with any product purchased from us. We offer to all of our valued customers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee period. Replacement or full refund guaranteed on all unopened products purchased from our website GMYSMART online shop. Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date we will accept returns/exchanges with no questions for another product or a full refund (exclude original shipping cost) with no any restocking fee.

Standard returns will only be accepted up to 30 calendar days from receipt of goods. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless customer got wrong/faulty product, in that case we will cover a standard airmail back with a tracking number. Any damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect product received has to be reported within 7 calendar days from receipt of goods for standard order. At any situation packages must be taken from shipping carrier and ship back, refusal to receive any package may result in high commission or even abandonment by the shipping companies. The customer must comply with the product return procedure detailed below. Any breach of GMYSMART product return procedure will result in the loss of GMYSMART refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Wholesale orders (10 units or more) are non-exchangeable or refundable unless damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect product received, in such a case it has to be reported within 5 calendar days from receipt of goods. Please be aware that you must obtain a return authorization number from GMYSMART before returning any products to us. Exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it for for another product. But please note that customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. The customer must comply with the product return procedure detailed below. Any breach of GMYSMART product return procedure will result in the loss of GMYSMART refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected. Please be aware that you must obtain a return authorization number from GMYSMART before returning any products to us.

Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, GMYSMART return procedure will be breached and GMYSMART may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components above and beyond the standard 15% restocking fee.
